Group discussed the draft response email to Paul Stacey and decided to send it as it reads. Judy pointed out one addition of the word “it’s”. Katherine to amend and send.
Action: Katherine to send the response email to Paul Stacey.

Boilerplate
Judy worked on the boilerplate for print documents such as word documents and pdf. The contributor will take the page, fill it in, then make this form be page one of their document. This can be used to create the attribution statement. This boilerplate document will be posted to our portal.
We will wait until we get the third license option. If we don’t get it before BCLA Conference we’ll release the boilerplate with just the two license options and wait for the third license option.

ANTS
Heather was in contact with Carmen Kazakoff Lane from ANTS. Carmen suggested a teleconference. We would like to cooperate with ANTS. The first step for the group is to focus on our work with SOLR. We would want Scott Leslie to participate in the conversation to help us understand the capabilities of SOLR to share with other repositories such as ANTS.
Action: Liza to contact Heather to discuss timing of discussing cooperation with ANTS.

Action: Request Gordon create a contact form that goes to one of the members of the ALPS Shareable Online Group. That way we can each take turns doing this.
To start Patti Romanko will answer these messages. Request Gordon attach the form to send messages directly to Patti.

BCLA Conference
Goals:
• More stuff in SOLR
• Instructions on the portal page
• Promotional materials (handout, something like the bookmark)
Action: Liza will contact Heather about whether there will be a space for putting our promotional material at the BCLA Conference.
Ideas:
Screen capture of how to load material into SOLR.
Have a record of how it appears in SOLR.
Create a bookmark with the new logo and name.
